Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance.
Important Notice: Online gambling is restricted in Indonesia under national law. Users access 2mtoto services at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. 2mtoto operates under an international gaming license and provides services to users who choose to access the platform. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your participation in online gambling activities.
To register an Account with 2mtoto, you must complete the registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and strong password that you will use to access your Account.
You may register only one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using accounts registered in names other than your own is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person, household, device, or payment method, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and void any associated transactions.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, 2mtoto implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must complete Account verification by submitting the following documents:
Our verification team typically processes KYC documents within 1-24 hours during business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, location, or payment method. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share, disclose, or permit any other person to use your Account credentials under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect or become aware that your Account security has been compromised, that your username and password have been disclosed to unauthorized parties, or that your Account is being used without your permission, you must immediately notify 2mtoto Customer Support and change your password. We recommend using a strong password containing a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and changing your password regularly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
2mtoto accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). We also support e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum single deposit varies by payment method and Account verification status.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 2-5 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. If your deposit is not reflected in your Account balance within 15 minutes, please contact Customer Support with your transaction reference number. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your verified 2mtoto Account.
As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, 2mtoto allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for decreases. You may modify your deposit limits at any time through your Account settings or by contacting Customer Support. We encourage all players to set deposit limits appropriate to their financial circumstances and to never deposit more than they can afford to lose.
You may request withdrawals of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard accounts have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000, while VIP Gold members may withdraw up to Rp 200,000,000 per day.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (09:00-22:00) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. 2mtoto reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or anti-money laundering checks before approving any withdrawal.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager the full amount of your most recent deposit at least once (1x rollover requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. You may not withdraw bonus credits themselves, only winnings derived from bonus play that meet all wagering conditions.
In cases where we detect suspicious transaction patterns, possible fraud, money laundering activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions, 2mtoto reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel withdrawal requests and conduct a thorough investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, your Account will be immediately terminated and law enforcement authorities may be notified.
2mtoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional offer details. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds and any associated winnings before they can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 25x wagering requirements means you must place Rp 2,500,000 in qualifying bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused or exploited. All bets placed on the 2mtoto platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and acceptance of odds before confirming any wager. 2mtoto is not responsible for errors made by Users when placing bets. We reserve the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets resulting from obvious technical errors, incorrect odds display, or system malfunctions.
Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits vary by game type, bet type, and Account status. We reserve the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual players at our discretion. If you place a bet exceeding the maximum limit, the excess amount may be voided and returned to your Account.
For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and others, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be voided unless play has progressed beyond a specified point as defined in the specific sport rules. For accumulator bets (mix parlay), if one or more selections are voided, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections at reduced odds.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers in real-time studio environments. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the preceding 12 months.
2mtoto is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from system failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security, or any event beyond our reasonable control. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw your entire Account balance. Any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited. 2mtoto reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon Account termination, all bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited. If we close your Account due to breach of these terms, we may withhold any or all of your Account balance and pursue legal action to recover any damages or losses we have incurred.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2mtoto is licensed. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, your use of the Services, or your relationship with 2mtoto shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
